I can't imagine life without....

Today in class we have been learning about the (wheel of life or something). Yeah well during class everyone got a chance to make a wheel of things that you can't live without. So I listed down the things I wanted to write in my book, but I only had space for 6, so I choose mine carefully and decided to have Home, Food, Family, Music, Friends and Christmas.

Some drugs are good

Some drugs are bad   

Most people get addicted

That's when they get twisted.

When your life starts to rely on drugs

That’s when you have to pull the plug

But when your brain is still wrapped around it

That's when you will feel like you can’t live without it

When you take a drug you might love it too much

But when you have no drugs

That’s when you start to go crazy

And hate your family and get lazy

When your friends are addicted to Drugs

Help them in any way you can don't act like a thug

Because they've been bitten by the addiction bug

Never get addicted

Because you will become a victim

So think positive and never get addicted

Because it will ruin your whole body system!!

Kia ora and hello to you all……

I’m Valerie adams as you all know, But if you haven’t heard of me i’m actually an athlete that stands proud for my country.

I was born in 1984 the 6 of October, I currently live in New Zealand which I am proud to be in. The world record that I was truly proud of was the day I had scored 21.24 m towards the world record.

I also won a silver medal at the 2016 Olympics in Rio with a distance of 20.42m behind a US athlete named Michelle Carter and I was the first women in the shot putt to win for consecutive individual titles at the world track and field championships.
